    Himachal survey total fake we eat alot of green leaf foods and root food instead of buying we grow that’s why survey is disappointed maybe protein deficiency is a problem here

    I don’t know how accurate those charts are… But green leafy vegetables are a must in Assam… Spices and oil are least use here… We use herbs and green leafy veggies to flavour our dishes… And yeah we do consume nonveg in a large scale but dairy products are very low in numbers of consumption.

    Nutritionist Amrita focusing on that vegetarian people are the ones having most deficiencies I think that’s totally Bullshit, I am a research scholar on diet for the last 9 years Raw Veg Food Pref Vegan Food can cure all these deficiencies if eaten adequately, Its more about how your body absorbs rather that what you intake.

    Me coming from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh,we are the best in country, having best mutton biryani from Hyderabad 🐐. Hyderabad is junction of both north and south India cuisine.

    In human civilization of 21st in sake of so called modern science planted the nourishment concept in the brains of human like protein calcium amanio acids etc. Before this Stethoscope dhari (doctors) a obnoxious term…🤣 that I used i think before this things come to minds of people they not survive. This modern medicine build Industry and introduced many diseases for sake of this business flourish around the globe. And then everyone is confused and in race of so called balanced diet concept and not focusing to take out pleasure from food.

    What I know indians also asian so
    In indian underweight 18.5 under
    Normal 18.5 – 22.9
    Overweight 23.0 – 24.9
    Obese 25 upper to rest ( it just for Indian )
    I am different overweight because of covid no hangouts more stress of exams and study also with full family eating alot even more . Ugh I hate diet I hope lockdown over to I can go out . If I go out my weight get normal .
    And if u r under or overweight fighting you can do it and reach your goal ( but healthy please ) . 1st week then 21 days are really hard but it gonna be your habit soon .
    Oh water is best .
