    It depends how hard you push yourself in spinning. I burn around an average of 550 give or take.

    Trouble with this comparison is jogging and spinning are pretty reliable and standard… BUT a PT session could be absolutely anything. So a PT instructing Burpees non stop for 45min would probably put an unfit person in hospital, if not the morgue. But PT instructing a 45 min session of planks and crunches would burn nothing.

    Not everyone can afford a personal trainer. I think it’s a matter of finding something you like and sticking to it. No point doing the gym if you hate the gym.

    Find what exercise works for you.

    Not everyone can run, but most people can ride a bike. To each his own. You got to find the exercise that works for you.

    For some women, running away from Matt is a good workout

    As a man who had a major leg injury ill say spinning is saving my life. I get to push myself as hard as i want pain free and i’ve almost got a six pack again.

    Some Pt is awaste of time , I believe in walking and spinning. I did this and loss 30 lbs
