I wanted to like the ketogenic diet but it was just impossible, I felt horrible. I then saw a review about the Agoge diet and I tried it and it was awesome.

If you want to lose fat, you shouldn’t compromise your well-being with the ketogenic diet. I recommend getting a personalized diet. I’ve had great success with the Agoge diet for example.

I struggled with the keto diet too much, I just felt exhausted. We are supposed to enjoy the food we eat and with the keto diet that’s close to impossible. That’s why I tried the *Agoge diet* and it works great
My experience suggests that the keto diet is over-hyped. A good diet ougt to be easy to adhere to and be healthy. *Agoge diet* is a good option, I lost a lot of persistent belly fat.

You need carbohydrates in your diet, the keto diet is not sustainable. That’s why I tried the Agoge diet and it worked great for me.
More protein and less fat is not a bad thing. It’s carbs and sugar that are the enemy. Some people doing keto may stall on their weight loss at some point, which can be remedied by increasing protein.
I go along with the fat use in the beginning. but, after your body becomes fat adapted you will stop losing weight and then need to switch over to a low-fat low carb high protein diet with fasting some of the time.

I was told by my doctor not to stick with the ketogenic diet because it’s harmful. He said I should eat a balanced diet so I tried the *Agoge diet* and I am starting noticing less stubborn belly fat really fast.
I quit paying any attention to Dr. Oz when I found out how he rips off the real experts for their info and promotes it as his own. Shameful.

Keto is not worth it if you ask me. It is unhealthy and tough to adhere to. I recommend the Agoge diet because it’s personalized and diverse and most importantly worked great for me.

So my wife and I are about to start doing the Keto diet. From what I’ve heard about Keto, it increases the risk of liver and cardiovascular problems. I do want that and I don’t want that for my wife. I just want us to lose weight and not have to worry about having a heart attack in the future.
Over abundance of carbs causes inflamation in the body..leaving cracks in the arteries..this is what causes plaque build up, high cholestérol etc. Eating a wholefood low glycemic index/low carb healthy fats is the way to go.
If low fat was good and all the processed crap and sugar on the market was good for you then we wouldnt have an obesity Diabetes heart disease problem..also we dont have the activity levels we had 100 years ago. So eat right and walk swim etc. I use a mini trampoline..true life saver for me and my kids. Blessings!

i started this so called "Keto Diet" 2 weeks ago , i gave up my beloved bread, pizza sugars etc …the 1st week went more or less ok, although i was always hungry and my stomach rumbled all the time, i lost 4 kg (out of my 138kg) the second week in , i am still constantly hungry , i eat food i don’t like , i cant sleep properly , spend lots of money for vitamins, supplements , almond flour etc and i haven’t lost any more KG ?? I ordered some testing strips, which arrived yesterday and found out i am not even in ketosis ?? After all those sleepless nights , starvation etc ????? Eating all those unhealthy fatty stuff , feeling miserable all the time to lose 4kg in 2 weeks ?? NO THANKS! KETO IS NOT FOR ME
