The food you prepared looks delicious. I wish I could try it, but many items are not easily available, or way too expensive where I live in the United States.
I am curious to know, how many milligrams of sodium the average person in Japan consumes in a day. I know soy sauce is high in sodium, but Japanese people are still healthy, while in the United States we are told to limit salt.

I agree with you , eating habbits like when you just feel hungry then grab foods you love . Is the best way to maitain weigth .. I’m Filipina but I live in Europe ,Poland here we have heavy foods that I can’t eat in normal life..I used to cook for myself snd for my vegetarian daugther some asian..we love sushi as well.I often make copying the recipes from you tube..but yours is just good and Perfectly for vegetarian..

I eat a strange diet and I need to stop. Its having a deleterious effect on my digestion. I think you have it right – heavier meal in the morning, lighter foods as the day progresses, and I’m going to try that for awhile. I eat chocolates and cakes,not every day but at least 3 times a week. I’m quite lazy for exercises, but I walk 1,5 miles a day at least. It’s hard to change the occidental habits, but I am trying! Amazing video, I love it!

I am getting into Japanese cookery at the moment so this was very enjoyable! I eat breakfast about 0700, dinner around 1900, and a very small supper about 2300 because I have to take medication. My calories come in at about 1600 a day – any more and I gain weight.
