    I have been doing this exercise for 2 weeks now.
    I eat healthy.
    I have lost 10 cm of my stomach!
    I exercise for 1 hour a day. But be careful that movement must be more controlled. The buttocks must be tight and the perineum as well (to avoid back pain) without dancing and then do the movement from top to bottom as if you’re doing crunches.
    At first time I didn’t believe in it. The first time I held it for 10 seconds because of back pain and I started again 1 week later having done body weight exercises beforehand to tone up my body better. I lost weight very quickly in my stomach and I can feel my abs. From next week I will add 1 hour of jogging every day.

    From what I can see the key of the workout is to squeeze your abs as you thrust forward and keep your chest & back straight. The creator posted a short here on YouTube I think.

    I started this workout on July 21 and today is July 27. I have been doing this workout for 15 mins from the 1st day.Even am following healthy food habits.But I cudnt see any visible result….may be it takes some time to my body…. Play "O saki Saki" hindi song during the workout.Superb energetic song…

    She dosnt move upper body, whereas you are moving upper body babe.
    She is still with upper body and knees together and only hips moving , pelvis only moving and trust me its amazing exercise, it takes my heart rate above 150 and i m doing it since a month now for 15 mins daily and keeping my diet clean and m getting wonderfull results.๐Ÿ’–
