Trying VIRAL TIKTOK WEIGHT LOSS DANCE (KIAT JUD DAI workout)

In this week’s video I am trying the viral tiktok weight loss dance that’s been going around. The one that targets your core and helps you to get abs. In this video I test is it really possible to lose weight and get abs in 5 minutes a day??? I think it’s also known is the Kiat Jud Dai workout? But don’t quote me!     did you know not a single work out targeting your core has anything to do with cutting weight in fact it actually adds mass (in the muscles) BUT what does cause weight loss from doing so would be like in this video of 22 minutes doing this goofy cardio routine is causing calories to be burnt aka burnt fat that COULD reduce core mass depending if the calories being burnt cause a higher ratio of fat from that location to decrease rather than a higher ratio from another location instead

    just go for a run or use a treadmill lmao

    It literally looks like u are standing straight and moving your arms when really u are supposed to be truly rockin/popping your pelvis back and forth….it doesn’t look as though u are even moving your core/ pelvic area …yeah in the days u showed i.never once seen u tilting or rocking your pelvis back.and forth….but I’m curious if u ever figured it out???
