I’ll stick with the produce section and staying hydrated. All of those products look iffy to me.
I was a vegetarian then I struggled so hard getting all of my protein and I didn’t like that most proteins other than beans and nuts were SO processed so I introduced meat again!
I use to make my own oat milk and it was way cheaper than the pre made at store options and i controlled the sugar in it. I preferred it over the store ones

The only good thing about everyone going gluten free is that it made instant mashed potatoes taste disgusting, so I stopped eating them. Probably weren’t that healthy for me anyway.

I have to say, I feel like America is obsessed with protein. I feel like the only reason we "struggle to get enough" is because of prepackaged food and poor food choices. Of course, to lose weight, I think you need to make it somewhat more of a focus with a blend of plant based and some animal protein…but not to the extent that it is marketed to us.
I definitely am not about being vegan or vegetarian…but I also think America consumes WAY more meat than we need to be eating.
That’s just my two sense though based on my own research and dealing with chronic illnesses etc 🙂
I love that there are different "healthier" alternatives without so many additives for sensitive individuals and allergies. It helps them/me to be able to occasionally eat the things that bring back memories or comfort and not to feel excluded with friends during events that involve food. I would love to see that continue in 2020 for sure!

What drives me mad is that moronic people think that gluten and lactofree diets work. It sucks because I’m lactose intolerant and the rise in these ‘trends’ is costing me a fortune. I’ve seen the milk go from £1.20 for a 2 pint to £1.80.

I think a lot of people don’t understand the difference between actually eating plant-based and just eating vegan options that are packed full of crap

Another thing with ‘protein bars’ some I see at Costco like nature valley protein bars only have 10g and if I’m eating a bar on the go, I kinda want it to be a meal replacement so 10g ain’t cutting it. I would want 20g of protein to tide me over for a few hours. So the marketing on ‘protein added’ bars or foods can be deceiving

Hi! Do you know if the populatin still gets heavier and heavier every year/ or rather if the percentage of obese people still increases? or is there allready a downtrend? I’m wonderung, because in the moment there are so many healthy food options, like “high protein“ and that stuff, on the market
I returned to some dairy and combine with Non-dairy. High protein Greek yoghurt is awesome and so is unsweetened almond milk. I aim to eat for performance and what I know does me good. 💫

The thing I like about oat milk is because of the mix of sugar and protein it makes a great latte (better than soy or nut) if you make espresso at home! The one I get has about it 6 grams of sugar per 1/2 cup and you only need a little to froth.

I love it when get to the nitty gritty of food.
One of the bigger influencers I follow has gone dairy free and also stopped eating meat as much, and she’s got a huge following and it makes me nervous that people are going to copy her and she doesn’t mention the fact that cutting out food groups isn’t for everyone and that you’re missing a lot of nutrients and most people don’t realize that
I meant to comment on the last video and this one reminded me I’m def one of those people non celiac that got intrenched in the “everyone needs to be gluten free”. Diet trends can be sticky. This is a good video for sure! And I think I’ll always love me some cauliflower everything 😂
Although CBD oil has great benefits. Its about the last thing i want in ice cream. Would much rather just take drops , or capsules. And enjoy the odd regular ice cream!

Do you still suggest fitburn for a supplement for weight loss? I’m trying to change my diet but am limited on exercise time due to work and being a mom so looking for something to assist.
