I’ll stick with the produce section and staying hydrated. All of those products look iffy to me.

  4. Mariah watson on September 19, 2021 at 12:35 am

I was a vegetarian then I struggled so hard getting all of my protein and I didn’t like that most proteins other than beans and nuts were SO processed so I introduced meat again!

  5. Amanda Jones on September 19, 2021 at 12:35 am

I use to make my own oat milk and it was way cheaper than the pre made at store options and i controlled the sugar in it. I preferred it over the store ones

  6. bellanatural01 on September 19, 2021 at 12:35 am

    Intro was to cute!!!!

  7. garnet6106 on September 19, 2021 at 12:38 am

I personally don’t get on trend bandwagons. Just stick with what I enjoy and what works for me.

  8. LA girl on September 19, 2021 at 12:42 am

Omg, your dog is ginormous and so sweet💗

  9. Alicia B on September 19, 2021 at 12:43 am

The only good thing about everyone going gluten free is that it made instant mashed potatoes taste disgusting, so I stopped eating them. Probably weren’t that healthy for me anyway.

  10. Tina Dail on September 19, 2021 at 12:44 am

    Love your hair like this!

  11. Amanda Jones on September 19, 2021 at 12:44 am

I love the slight inappropriate light hearted joke 😂

  12. Judi Tanner on September 19, 2021 at 12:45 am

Iv read a few articles saying the impossible burger has crazy high estrogen in it

  13. Stacey Smith on September 19, 2021 at 12:46 am

Bruce Wayne just melts my heart. He is beautiful 🥰.

  14. All Business Fitness on September 19, 2021 at 12:47 am

Aren’t you originally from Buffalo NY

  15. Carlee Hodge on September 19, 2021 at 12:48 am

I have to say, I feel like America is obsessed with protein. I feel like the only reason we "struggle to get enough" is because of prepackaged food and poor food choices. Of course, to lose weight, I think you need to make it somewhat more of a focus with a blend of plant based and some animal protein…but not to the extent that it is marketed to us.

I definitely am not about being vegan or vegetarian…but I also think America consumes WAY more meat than we need to be eating.

That’s just my two sense though based on my own research and dealing with chronic illnesses etc 🙂

I love that there are different "healthier" alternatives without so many additives for sensitive individuals and allergies. It helps them/me to be able to occasionally eat the things that bring back memories or comfort and not to feel excluded with friends during events that involve food. I would love to see that continue in 2020 for sure!

  16. The Daily Dose on September 19, 2021 at 12:48 am

Yes!! LOVE the dietician talks and of course Bruce Wayne!!

  17. Chris on September 19, 2021 at 12:48 am

What drives me mad is that moronic people think that gluten and lactofree diets work. It sucks because I’m lactose intolerant and the rise in these ‘trends’ is costing me a fortune. I’ve seen the milk go from £1.20 for a 2 pint to £1.80.

  18. Claritytx on September 19, 2021 at 12:49 am

Yep. Died at "nut milk" ahhahaha

  19. Kimberley Zammit on September 19, 2021 at 12:49 am

❤️❤️I’ve loved you’re videos for years looking forward to seeing more. 🙏❤️❤️❤️you’re awesome

  20. Debbie George on September 19, 2021 at 12:51 am

    I love cauliflower crust pizza.

  21. Maria Christina on September 19, 2021 at 12:55 am

I think a lot of people don’t understand the difference between actually eating plant-based and just eating vegan options that are packed full of crap

  22. I Run Things on September 19, 2021 at 12:56 am

That color makes you look like a million dollars. Watching the video now. I would appreciate a video about how to incorporate more veggies… my teenage son would not touch them with a ten ft pole. Not sure how many of your viewers are parents of teenagers… but that would help

  23. Alexis Collins on September 19, 2021 at 1:00 am

Another thing with ‘protein bars’ some I see at Costco like nature valley protein bars only have 10g and if I’m eating a bar on the go, I kinda want it to be a meal replacement so 10g ain’t cutting it. I would want 20g of protein to tide me over for a few hours. So the marketing on ‘protein added’ bars or foods can be deceiving

  24. Sam Schantz on September 19, 2021 at 1:01 am

    Love this!

  25. Gosia Smagacz on September 19, 2021 at 1:01 am

Hey gorgeous 😍 Love this video 👌🏼 so helpful in this media mess about what’s good and what’s not really 😉 thank you xx

  26. Pitschgi5117 on September 19, 2021 at 1:02 am

Hi! Do you know if the populatin still gets heavier and heavier every year/ or rather if the percentage of obese people still increases? or is there allready a downtrend? I’m wonderung, because in the moment there are so many healthy food options, like “high protein“ and that stuff, on the market

  27. Heather Madden: Live Life Limitless on September 19, 2021 at 1:02 am

I returned to some dairy and combine with Non-dairy. High protein Greek yoghurt is awesome and so is unsweetened almond milk. I aim to eat for performance and what I know does me good. 💫

  29. tng og on September 19, 2021 at 1:03 am

The thing I like about oat milk is because of the mix of sugar and protein it makes a great latte (better than soy or nut) if you make espresso at home! The one I get has about it 6 grams of sugar per 1/2 cup and you only need a little to froth.

  30. Heather Mitchell on September 19, 2021 at 1:04 am

Please share more info on CBD!! I would love to know!!

  31. Desiree Pfeifer on September 19, 2021 at 1:04 am

just here to hype my girl up <3 ILY

  32. ebony dix on September 19, 2021 at 1:06 am

I love it when get to the nitty gritty of food.

  33. Maria Christina on September 19, 2021 at 1:07 am

One of the bigger influencers I follow has gone dairy free and also stopped eating meat as much, and she’s got a huge following and it makes me nervous that people are going to copy her and she doesn’t mention the fact that cutting out food groups isn’t for everyone and that you’re missing a lot of nutrients and most people don’t realize that

  34. Jessica Stahl on September 19, 2021 at 1:11 am

I meant to comment on the last video and this one reminded me I’m def one of those people non celiac that got intrenched in the “everyone needs to be gluten free”. Diet trends can be sticky. This is a good video for sure! And I think I’ll always love me some cauliflower everything 😂

  35. Rubester 1219 on September 19, 2021 at 1:14 am

Although CBD oil has great benefits. Its about the last thing i want in ice cream. Would much rather just take drops , or capsules. And enjoy the odd regular ice cream!

  36. Leah Wood on September 19, 2021 at 1:16 am

Great video Kara. 👍👍👍 Thanks for keeping it real and relatable.

  37. Cinthya Garcia on September 19, 2021 at 1:16 am

Great video Kara! Can you make a video on what you eat in a normal busy day when you are not at home? Thanks!

  38. Leslie Bullock on September 19, 2021 at 1:18 am

Do you still suggest fitburn for a supplement for weight loss? I’m trying to change my diet but am limited on exercise time due to work and being a mom so looking for something to assist.

  39. The Secret Of Keto on September 19, 2021 at 1:18 am

I couldn’t stop eating without stopping and I was starting to look fatter 🐮 than normal, but thanks to Keto I lost more than 70 pounds with keto in my first year, no rebounds, it’s sustainable Thanks to Keto today I feel great !! always satisfied and sure of myself.🥰👩🏽 Today is my day 480. 🙌🏾

  41. Danielle Abel on September 19, 2021 at 1:21 am

The Healthy Junk Food drives me nuts!! Many that I’ve seen are heavily processed, reading labels is SO important!
