    Love your stuff, but ALL types of Yoga are connected to eastern religions and people who practice Yoga, whether they understand it or not, pick up soul ties and hooks in their soul. Youโ€™re unfortunately recommending something to people that is harmful to them spiritually. Stretching your body and exercising is good, but practicing Yoga is bad.

    Hi Dr. Axe and Dr Ekberg, I would really like your thoughts on this: I was just dx with something called EoE (Eosinophilic Esophagitis). I am really confused about how to approach this in a natural way. My doc wants to put me on Omeprazole for 2 months and then do an elimination diet. I’ve been keto for about 5 months (I also drink bone broth and substitute Dr Axe’s bone broth shake when I can’t get whole foods) but would have to give up some of those foods such as nuts and dairy and my fave- eggs. ๐Ÿ™ I’m sad. Please share your thoughts with me on this. I am very overwhelmed and few seem to know much about this disease/issue. Thanks!!!
