My mother made tomato aspic tasted like tomato jello ugh.
Deep fried ice cream eww
Congealed salads are OK as long as it’s ONLY fruit salad and the Jello flavor is fruity 👍👍👍
you say rainbow burgers, i say pretty patties
Am I the only one who likes the molded salads, though the word congealed is just so gross
Yeah I couldn’t give 2 craps about what the Brits think about cheese tea, tea wasn’t theirs to begin with.
British tea? Blaspheming? Seriously? Remember… Tea is from Asia…
Where are the tide pods?
freeze dried ice cream is divine and space food sticks were indeed tasty
Mmmm deep fried Oreos one of my favorite deep fried foods second to deep fried ice cream and third to French fries
See murtabak Maggi
yo tea and whipped cheese sounds hella good
Deep fried foods okay just don’t too much and no fried butter
Loved the Ernest P. Worrel reference!
Freeze dried food is actually pretty good when you’re out camping and hiking because it’s lightweight and compact enough to carry a lot of it without much trouble.
deep fried stuff is good
"put food dye in food and call it "unicorn" whatever". Vegan versions of meat based meals (there are good vegan meals… falafels, hummus with veggies, grilled veggies, beans…). But foods trying to emulate meat by pumping lots of artificial flavors into food… not good. Low-anything food. Low fat usually mean "high sugar and high artificial flavor". Low sugar in sweet foods means more chemicals. Just take the food for what it is.
It’s what I always said. Don’t put any milk (products) in tea. It’s just bad.
Aspik "salads" and meats are not ewwww. But what can you expect from a channel that thinks you should "never ever ever" eat something just because it has lots of calories.
Congealed salads *look* really cool! But how do they taste?
Also, cheese and soda pop actually go together pretty well, but I’m not so sure about cheese tea.
deep fried ravioli actually are delicious. i had them when i was like 6 and i remember it being the best thing ever
The jello trend is actually a way to flaunt your riches in the Depression, because you have to have a fridge to make aspic and congealed food.
freeze-dried ice cream taste good. too bad its all crumbly
Mango cheese slush tea is so good…. 😁😁😁😁😁
Fried oreos are amazing.
don’t drink glitter/diamond coffee.
those coffee’s ‘glitter’ are actually disco dust which are not edible and just used for plating/decorating. they can’t be digested, either.
edit: reasoning being they are made of plastic.
Deep fried candy bars are 👌
I’d try the cheese tea but don’t know how I’d like it.
My grandma used to make some good jello molds that i really liked as a kid in the 80s.
Which show is that guy from after the jello segment?
The picture of ham in jelly in congealed salad reminds me of Russian dish called Kholodets
Too much food coloring make stuff less appetizing for me… rainbow is just a bit too much
Colorful products. Where’s the food?
Don’t knock the jelly salad/meats. It’s very traditional in Poland with a tad of vinegar on top. We call it Galart and it’s delicious
I love freeze dried food
Deep fried Oreos and Twinkies are delicious 🤤😋
I was a kid in the 70’s but never got to try astronaut freeze dried ice cream, we had freeze dried coffee and tea,and soft drinks, but not ice cream, sounds great, bet you can’t get it nowadays. Pity.
Glitter coffee sign me up ! ✋🏼
Most of these things aren’t even historical. I hate misleading titles.
In Scotland, they apparently fry Mars bars – in batter!
I just want a steak…
if anyone ever puts glitter in my coffee, i will literally murder them.
How the hell do deep fry soda?!!!!
Okay but listen, if you like Oreos, try one deep fried with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side. The chocolate part becomes creamy and the inside crystallizes, and it’s absolutely nuts, but worth trying at least once.
If you want deep fried everything at its come to the Minnesota state fair. Best in the country (Texas is good too)
Deep fried butter.
Brrrrrrr…. :S
Deep fried oreos are not a weird food trend! they are an amazing discovery that should be readily available any and everywhere
I’m totally scared, tahat more normal things on this list is deep fried bugs and tarantula…I hate insects and spiders…like more than everyting…and stilli think those are most normal things here 😀
“Congealed salad” is called Aspic, and a delicacy when well prepared.
@4:02: Considering that *the British* got tea from China, then *felt the need to pour in milk or squeeze in lemon before they could handle it, wouldn’t have already been seen as "blasphemy" to China.*
