If you go off Atkins 20 and start eating like you used to, in other words don’t follow the plan, yes you will gain the weight back and then some. So yes, not following a diet plan means the diet will not work. Not earth-shattering news. And as most reviews of any of the Atkins plans, this reviewer doesn’t understand Atkins, and most likely any of the others that were reviewed other than the "headlines" about them. If you go through Atkins properly you go will through phases until you introduce enough carbs to maintain your desired weight. If you don’t, well, you won’t.

I’m actually tired of them. Yes, I want to feel better. But in the long run. It all comes down to just cutting back on things. And cutting out what bothers you. That’s all it comes down too. Eating clean and healthy as you can.
