    Another of my exercises routine collection. i was 203lbs and now im 192lbs plus I do intermittent fasting for 16:8. But before i try fasting Iโ€™ve been working out for 2-3x and control my food so that my body get use to eat small portions ( i eat low carbs, high protein and fiber) as a heavy person before i start this workout i ate a lot but now not anymore!

    Hi Mira and team, thanks for doing such a great workout routine. I love the music (mix of both English and Vietnamese), the hard beats and how the moves are easy to follow. Also love how there is no talking, just straight to the workout and no water breaks.

    Some other YouTube channels I find that they switch their moves too quickly and it just becomes annoying after while. I always come back here! Keep up the awesome work and you always have amazing outfits Mira! Beautiful!!
