    I do intermediate fasting every other day roughly, Ill have a cup of coffee ( Honey & Almond creamer ) and by 11am/12pm ill have my first meal making sure its not a heavy one but just to get fuel in and be full. I do believe that intermediate fasting can help those to wanting to keep at certain weight number and lose weight with a healthy diet. Like the video mentioned its not for everyone especially those with diabetes.

    I lost a pound every 3 days – total 34 lbs – 500 calories every OTHER day – normal eating the other days

    High-density lipoprotein (HDL) is "good" cholesterol. So increasing this number (up to a point) is a positive effect.
