It works and is not hard at all.
I do intermediate fasting every other day roughly, Ill have a cup of coffee ( Honey & Almond creamer ) and by 11am/12pm ill have my first meal making sure its not a heavy one but just to get fuel in and be full. I do believe that intermediate fasting can help those to wanting to keep at certain weight number and lose weight with a healthy diet. Like the video mentioned its not for everyone especially those with diabetes.
It works for some people and not for others…like all diets.
