    I feel like I’m doing it wrong in some of the movements I am pulling my waist foreword and then out again with the arms is that how I am supposed to be doing it?

    I actually tried doing this for fun because it looked easy. But it tired me out less than a minute later, and now my tummy hurts, even my lower back muscles hurt. I’mma keep doing this shit and see if there will be results.

    This is day 1 I’m 180 lbs this was tiring and took multiple 30 sec breaks and stoped at 15:01 so yeah

    1 Day: I could only do 15 minutes, I did start to sweat but I really don’t know what I am doing, I stopped because my chest started to hurt really bad
