I did it for 2 weeks , first week I did 1h30 a day and got lots of instant progress in the Belly, second week I did 40 min 2 days in a row 1 day rest and felt more energised and muscular than thin. I think it works great because your are gaining muscles it’s not just a loosing weight excercise

Sorry but you are not doing the workout correctly. Since I started my lower back has strengthen. Which I hurt before. Most people are seeing massive results. Fun, fun, fun. So many weight loss and trainers are speaking against it, because people are really getting fast results. Especially those mothers who don’t know any of diastasis recti. actually, i tried this tik tok workout, my body really change and getting slim, but it really did not reduce my weight
so for me, I consider it just change your body looks, but it did not reduce the weight
Believe it or not, I’ve been doing it only since 1st of august. I was 52 kg so I’m not intending to loose weight but my belly fat and reduce my waistline. Been doing it everyday, one hour each, no diet changing, and I’m now 49 kg, reduced 3cm of my waistline, slimmer belly about 1/2 size than before, and more muscle on my biceps which I really didn’t aim for (in just 3 weeks?) Too bad that I didn’t make any ‘before’ photo. Too good to be true??? In fact…it’s all 1000% true. We just need to put effort on whatever we’re doing. ❤️❤️❤️

72 years old. Been exercising all my life. Wanyo Mori’s exercises DO work for me. The results are NOT exaggerated for my particular needs, but then I am athletic. I have an improved shape, the cutest figure now, just from using and modifying one of her exercises to fit my needs. My waist is indented, working on my abdomen pack, arm muscles have definition, general tightening, bust lifted somewhat. No back pain. My butt is not lifted but it does look smoother. My sister is 78, and she really likes these exercises, as well.

When I lost my last twenty(thanks to one of your programs) it was my waist that lost it all. But not because of anything anybody did, but because my body naturally holds onto weight on my hips area and loses it on the belly pretty quickly (like, I did still lose two inches around my hips and thighs, but I lost 4 on my waist and none on my chest).
So I kept track of all the breaths you took throughout this video and I counted exactly 3.
