That’s comes from out of nowhere, just one day I was so sick that not even eat a lot, and not losing, and I mean I was eating 500 calories per day.. And I was saying myself,,, Pam what that hell!!! 2 years literally laying in bed 24 hours per day, it’s time now…. You can’t stand in this place no longer.. And there you go… Of course the first week I’d almost died of soreness in every single inch of my body
Of course my resistance sucks, that’s why I’m doing workout with intervals, 3 times per day..

You should totally read up about the master cleanse. I read the whole book and its just to detox your body not lose weight. You drink a laxative tea and it’s just to clean you out. I’m on it right now just trying to clean my colon.

I have a fun story about spinning that involves my mother. She took spinning classes all the time (in the late 90’s and early 2000,s) and she went to these classes even when she was preagnant with me. And one day she was at a spinning class and her water broke. I was almost born at the gym. And now 15 years later I work out at the exact gym I was almost born at😂😂

I think Sweating To The Oldies has a meal plan as well. I remember my mom using this card system where she would move a color coded card from one side to the middle or vise versa? I wish I could eat bread and other grains without bad effects. I LOVE bread and pasta! Sadly my genetics are not meant for them. 😢

You cheated in the Atkins one with the peas, your daily amount of carbs should be 60 grams or less, and you already had sun dried tomatoes which usually have some sugar. I know Atkins sucks my dad is a big fan and unfortunately I know everything there’s to know about this diet
