I’m endomorph and I’m also struggling with weight loss. I hope it works
i dont think i fit all. idk. i have a very thin shoulders and hand. thin enough to be like a model. my collar bones can be seen clearly as well. but my chest to my hips and upper leg are fat. i was thinner before in my teens because i was preparing for a marathon thus i loose weight. i nvr been skinny my whole life honestly. i gain weight easily and i very sure i have slow metabolism. hard for me to loose weight at all. i even go back to what i did in my teens but it doesnt work.
Ectomorphs even I eat a lot of rice 🍚 heheh
I think I was mesomorph for years..and now after misscuarage and hormonal changes (37) body switch to endomorph, watching what eating. No diary, no gluten, no sugar only in berries , no meat only healthy food and healthy desserts made by my own… 2 moderate meals per day (IF 16/8 every day), no snacking and still I put 5kg in past 2 months..
Lost period. Stomach is big like combination of fat and bloating and got fat legs.

How to overcome the Yo-Yo effect in weight loss?
I’m an endomorph and honestly it’s really hard to loss weight but what I did is cardio exercises, jogging and after that egg and water diet. after a month I already see difference. But thanks to your video it helps a lot. I’ll follow what you’ve said starting tomorrow. I’ll comeback here after a month to message again if there’s a change.

I’m pretty much a endo-meso. People see me as thin, but my stomach is not flat or muscular and my arms flabby. My thighs aren’t toned.

I tried Keto and it really works for me but I miss fruits— that’s my struggle coz I want to eat all kinds not just low carb berries 😭

I was definitely an ectomorph/mesomorph a year ago. I’m a 9th grader now. I never gained weight and I still don’t, but I realized that my messed up sleeping schedule is literally killing me. So, basically I’m a skinny person with belly fat and I’m so glad you exist bc it’s my fault I ruined my metabolism. I’m getting it back.
what if i already achieved my body goals from doing strength training and eating right food (ectomorph) do i have to do progressive overload? like i don’t wanna add more muscles ><
