This is the part two to last week’s video in which I tried the viral tiktok weightless dance aka the Kait Jud Dai Dance Workout that targets your core, to see if it is really possible to use weight and get abs in 5 minutes a day. In this video I share with you the proper technique, what I eat in a day as well as a mid week update and a 2 week update + before and after. Babe, eat some real food,you’re bloated only cos you eating weird stuff! Have you your oatmeal cooked with pinch of salt & water: 4 tb spoon oats + 2 tb spoon of oat fibre or any kind + 0,5 cup of water, for better sweeter flavour i add coconut shavings or dry cranberries . Heat it in the pan over the high heat for 2 minutes, when water vaporises add a splash of non dairy milk, to loosen up the porridge. Sometimes i eat a chopped banana sprinkled with cinnamon powder(to stabilise blood sugar & soothe digestive system). If have tummy issues tea made with fresh mint(i grow my own, its super easy) or if you are not fun of plain mint tea, just get some flavoured tea from asian shops like with cardamon e t c they all help digestion very well. I add few leaves of mint to a black tea. I think for you to love cooking you should try from having a tea ceremony, buy yourself a nice looking cup & a kettle, where you can use loose tea instead of tea bags. Seriously, you are pretty young girl, please do look after your gut! Sending you love & not even a drop of a judgement
