Great video! The ancient Egyptians used healing rods otherwise known as "cylinders of the pharaoh" made from copper and zinc cylinders filled with quartz, when held produce a subtle electrical energy of .6 volts and gains .02 volts every minute held. After 1 hour holding them you can measure 1.2 volts. They really seem to work for people so try to make them yourself or get them on amazon or etsy.

    No. Not new!
    Bible y’all.
Take off your shoes, said God to Moses, you stand on Holy ground.
Grounding is simple. Relate to you God and the birthing place of people….

I think it’s much more to do with how much more sensory engagement there is when walking barefoot and how muscles that are redundant when wearing shoes can get strengthened. That’s probably more to do with why it’s calming and healthy than a transfer of charge. Shoes give people a false sense of security where they really come down hard on the heel when running or walking. If the shoe has any kind of elevated heel, it forces you to walk like that, it’s pretty bad on the knees long term. A big benefit to spending some time barefoot is building awareness for where your foot is meeting the ground and you can teach yourself to walk with a better, forefoot gait that will take a lot of pressure off your knees and potentially your back, even when wearing shoes.

  18. Andy Head on April 3, 2022 at 6:58 pm

Been doing it for years. As a kid I naturally did it, but got away from it as an adult.
I got EMF (electromagnetic field) sickness from to much computer time – 30 minutes of barefoot walking fixed it.
I now use a grounding pad at my computer, when watching TV, and while I sleep. Seems to really help.

  19. DELIGHTFUL DAISY on April 3, 2022 at 7:00 pm

Dear woman who lost 100 pounds / 50 kg: What do you think is the reason? Just barefoot walking? I would like to see the EARTHING MOVING, but my english was too bad, I didn´t understood a lot.
I’ll even buy the film as soon as there are at least German subtitles

  21. LONE STAR GAMER on April 3, 2022 at 7:05 pm

This is getting annoying, so do you have to connect with the ground with the use of your hands and feet or can you just stand barefoot on the ground?!

    Cheese around the world. Yuk

  23. Daisy Erazo on April 3, 2022 at 7:07 pm

I am impressed on how people living In cities do not now anything about nature and try to go back to basics. From my experience, grounding is not the solution to our health problems. The solution would be for the food industry to stop experimenting with our food. We need none GMOs food. And different solutions to reduce the use of pesticides in the industry.

That we have evolved to benefit ourselves from things
    From sunlight
    From exercise
    From ground etc

  31. Krishna K on April 3, 2022 at 7:14 pm

We already know since our childhood in India. Walking barefoot in grass is good for blood pressure. Our elderly people use to say it to us. Letting people know is a good thing but know one should devise a business model (peace✌️) to earn money through this nature treatment. Let it be with nature.

  32. Stan Stephens on April 3, 2022 at 7:14 pm

    Sounds great

  33. jostube06 on April 3, 2022 at 7:16 pm

Rediscovered. Grounding is the ultimate healer. Pharmaceutical companies are scrambling to bury this. They are done.

  34. cypresspuz on April 3, 2022 at 7:16 pm

Earthing-ground ing has over 20 studies. It’s a fact we are electric beings just like every creature on Earth.

  35. Noeleen on April 3, 2022 at 7:18 pm

Wonderful. I discovered this 10 years ago. In my case I did sort of a head stand n I felt the energy of the earth in my head. Nature is full of energy beneath surface. All of nature recharges the senses. God gave us nature to heal us.

  36. Trampled Under Feet on April 3, 2022 at 7:21 pm

Another benefit of going barefoot, nature is a natural callous remover. When you walk over different surfaces, it can scrub that bad skin off your feet and make them feel softer. Also going barefoot is better for nature because our feet aren’t as hard on the vegetation as the hard soles of our shoes are. Our bare feet do less damage to the vegetation than our shoes do. If you work in the garden, your bare feet won’t compact the soil as badly as shoes do. And if you accidentally step on a few flower with your bare feet, they have a better chance of surviving than the do under a pair of shoes.

  45. divya anand on April 3, 2022 at 7:31 pm

    Hi.

I desperately want to reap the benefits of earthing, but unfortunately I have no access to naked ground around where I live. So I got an idea and I want to know if it will work. What if I make necessary water-proofing on my building terrace, grow lawn grass there and walk and spend enough time on it, will it still give me the same benefits?
I am very curious to know if this idea will work. I am eagerly waiting for your answer.

  46. Silja Sjödin on April 3, 2022 at 7:32 pm

I’m creating video content on my barefoot walking as being barefoot every now and then has always been something natural to me since my early childhood. Being barefooted out in nature is very grounding but I learned that many people have no experience so hopefully my videos will be some kind of inspiration and enjoyment 👣

My only thought is people who live at the beach (of which there are plenty) should be the healthiest population on earth. Yet they seem to have the same ills as everyone else. Also the poor around the world do not wear shoes and they suffer plenty. Having said that I do believe that being out in nature is good for you and everyone should try to get out there as much as possible. But I am Leary of anything that promises big things for little price.
