FITNESS TRENDS TO LEAVE IN 2021 | jpgcoaching I’m sorry x
Hellooo,
This video is just a bit of light hearted fun but I’ve sprinkled in some actual education in there too. I’d be really intrigued to hear everyone else’s trends they are sick of in the world of health and fitness! Pls be respectful in the comments I don’t want anyone saying we need to leave certain people in 2021💀
Happy new year also!!

Thanks so much for watching love ya xx
Literally every day my for you page is full of people bashing sumo deadlifts bc it’s “not optimal for glutes”. Not even just stating that fact but telling people “stop doing sumo anything!” Like there are not a bunch of other reasons why someone could prefer it. Beginners seem to find conventionals / rdls difficult, some people want to train adductors more so they can use them better in other movements like squats, or some people just fucking like them and feel strong doing them? It’s a valid lift so just let people live
Lmao the issue I have with JPGCoaching steals a lot of content from Paul Carter…. So like …. Yeah
i love how you were so upfront yet respectful about your opinions,as somebody who is going into the fitness industry (studying PT) it’s super valuable for me & i love these kinds of videos! so thank you amy!💗
i’ve been binge watching all of your videos lately, loving them!💗
Could you do a video on dynamic stretching/mobility? I feel like there are a lot of opinions on what’s right and what’s not, that I don’t know which one to believe…
100% agree with your comments on JPGcoaching; thank you for speaking about this. I felt similarly and questioned whether I was being too critical — but now I can see the subtle misogyny in his method of exploiting women’s fitness content for views….
Jeremy Ethier is a good science based/fitness channel as well.
I feel like this was just more “social media fitness trends” but I honestly would like to hear your opinion about the trends people commented, just do it in a nice way, that’s totally possible! 💕
Slightly off topic but you look absolutely perfect in this 😍
The darker hair color suits you sooo well 😍 loved the video too ❤

Is the British guy caylept by any chance? I enjoy his content too
I would just like to say I use to not activate my glutes and started activating them two years ago for 10 mins it’s helped me grow them sooo much more.
I love you so much, wish we were gym partners 🙁
2 women fitness accounts that share alot of information and knowledge on lifting: DanielleWebsterFit and MegSquats! 😊
Kriccy cela is also an amazing fitness influencer
very good point about the fun aspect!! I know squats are great but I love deadliftsss let me liive
Kelly Nicole and her whole KNFitFam coaching group! Amazingggg amazing community and so knowledgeable and informative
It just annoys me that people treat JPG like he’s some sort of God…
Keep shapping that booty on 2022. Let’s round those glutes till it’s imposible to look any better
glute activation is misogyny? don’t pull a muscle stretching like that…
Natacha Oceane is great. She does a lot of functional training and has a science based approach. She explains things very well, you can tell she’s very smart. She also has a great personality. I think you’ll like her. Btw I love your videos and I think you’re an awesome trainer. I also look forward to your alphalete reviews as you are very detailed, informative and most of all, honest! 💜💜💜
20 minutes of a no-nonsense northern bird setting the fitness world to rights.
Quality content.
Love both you and JPG, 2 of my favourite fitness influencers. I do think he critiques a lot of men too and has helped alot of people with his content but I respect your opinions and see where you’re coming from. I stopped doing a few of the things I enjoyed doing due to the science behind it, will take your advice and try to balance this 😌
love watching Abby Pollock as far as science based, researching & fitness
