When I was younger, I didn’t put much time into research and self education when it came to weight loss and health. It was much easier to copy what others were doing.
From useless and potentially dangerous supplements, restrictive diets to many failed attempts. In making this video I’ve realised how I’ve become a yoyo dieter.
However, not all of the experiences in the video are unhealthy or damaging and they are beneficial, due to their extreme nature.

    I did a 5 day water fast like 3 years ago. That was wild. sometimes I felt great, other times not so much… probably wouldn’t do it again but it was cool at the time.
    I have been doing keto for almost a month now and I love the mental space it puts me in. I feel great!
    I def want to try that ice water thing.
