The most common question I get asked all the time is out of everything I’ve tried so far, what do I still do now? What actually works and what have I kept up with?
It’s a great question because there are so many health and wellness trends out there and it can be really confusing to figure out what is worth a try and what’s not. Part of my job here on my channel Sky Life is to try them for you, breakdown some of the science and research behind them, and document my honest experience testing them out so you can make better-informed decisions about how to live a healthy life.
I am happy to say that out of everything I’ve tried, most trends and tools have worked and are useful for different circumstances.
