You don’t need cheese and dairy! Calcium comes in plant form as well! Cheese is actually just as addictive as narcotics! Even my doctor said dont consume dairy especially cheese!

  2. Ben M on September 14, 2021 at 12:12 am

These aren’t myths as much as they are just stupid and ignorant statements from unhealthy people trying to justify not eating fruit or having a high meat intake

  3. Aleksandra Em on September 14, 2021 at 12:12 am

So why I can’t eat cheese then? And by this I mean it totally ruins my skin and causes big inflammed cysts which leave HUGE scars. Every single cheese or milk product causes acne on me and there are no exceptions so far, but still cheese is 10 times worse on me than milk.

  4. OnlyBlackGirl on September 14, 2021 at 12:13 am

These nutritional myths are just companies and Instagram scammers trying to sell products. Who the hell is out here telling y’all beans and fruit are bad?

  5. Jackoo on September 14, 2021 at 12:13 am

Come on. This is the internet. It’s on to be a bit harsh… people, for most people dealing with weight problem, do not give in to your cravings. For most, they know what’s healthy for them, issue is quantity. Unless you have particular health conditions or risk factors for such as gout, kidney stones, diabetes, IBS, etc, and if your body agrees with the food, then go ahead and eat them. It’s pretty hard to be nutrient deficient these days.

  6. EmptyStuff on September 14, 2021 at 12:13 am

Some species of beans are definitely toxic when raw. They contain Phytohaemagglutinin (PHA), a toxin that make the blood clump together. Eating about 5 of such beans will cause you to defecate and vomit blood, and trigger vomit reflex even after the stomach is empty for several hours. Unfortunately, I experienced it first hand…

  7. Tin Nguyen on September 14, 2021 at 12:14 am

no.. im lactose intolerance.. any ammount of milk kills me..

  8. A Tap Helicopter on September 14, 2021 at 12:15 am

It’s not “beans are toxic” it’s “kidney beans are toxic when uncooked”, which is true, they need cooked to destroy the poisonous compounds in them

  9. sausagesausage on September 14, 2021 at 12:17 am

I don’t need lots of things I like… Dont need milk? Tell that to my cornflakes.

  10. Scott M on September 14, 2021 at 12:17 am

Why are you chosing these health professionals?

  11. the proust effect on September 14, 2021 at 12:19 am

This is irrelevant, but they are both so adorable!

  12. swaggy tamilzha on September 14, 2021 at 12:21 am

Then where we will get calcium

  13. laralily1999 Lara Maljevac on September 14, 2021 at 12:23 am

The lactose thing is completely wrong. Im lactose intolerant and I definitely feel awful with wheat , dairy , soy and egg. All those things aren’t needed for a healthy diet. Calcium can be found in many things, and those " vital nutrients" they r talking about can be substituted somewhere more natural. Its not natural to drink milk from a cow. So that was bullshit

  14. silverspeed bro on September 14, 2021 at 12:23 am

Do people actually think that fruit is unhealthy

  15. MatMat on September 14, 2021 at 12:23 am

I still have my apple a day and eat my candy too !

  16. tehstormie on September 14, 2021 at 12:23 am

I heard most of these from doctors and nurses!

  17. Dr. Anthony Forgione on September 14, 2021 at 12:26 am

Newer research shows the majority of people
    properly tested,
have a negative immune system response to gluten.

Also, any form of sugar, or carbohydrate, causing blood sugar to increase over 150
    (this number is not exact
    but general)
    is toxic to the body,
    and to the brain!
    Without question!

If you have high blood sugar regularly for many years,
    you are asking for
    Alzheimer’s disease!

    Avoid this;
    or else you,
    and also your loved ones,
    may regret it.

Keep dietary sugar and carbohydrates low,
    your whole life through.

    Virtually all,
    modern research
shows high blood sugar causing inflammation,
    brain and organ damage,
    obesity,
    several diseases,
    and even early death.

    Raw beans are toxic

  19. Friedrich Wilhelm Nietzsche on September 14, 2021 at 12:30 am

    Actually all matter is toxic

  20. David Mancia on September 14, 2021 at 12:31 am

Beans are toxic if you dont cook them right

  21. Katiegfff fcc on September 14, 2021 at 12:34 am

It said ml when calculating how much water is needed during the day but shouldn’t that be oz?

  22. Allyson Wonderlandd on September 14, 2021 at 12:36 am

Hmm…interesting that they say the body processes honey/agave syrup the same as sugar, yet my blood tests show otherwise. 😆 My blood test had shown that cane sugar and agave give me a bad immune response, but honey does not which is why I use honey as a substitute for sugar/agave.

  23. Mee Here on September 14, 2021 at 12:36 am

Vitamin supplements and fortified foods aren’t tested for the benefits, risks. Since there’s no commercial value in such research 🙄. Or is it?

  24. Cory Max on September 14, 2021 at 12:37 am

    Lol her b-12 argument………………💀💀💀💀💀💀💀💀

  25. Max Prytyka on September 14, 2021 at 12:38 am

12:09 you can’t say some of these nutrients we can’t get from a plant based diet, or they are difficult to get.

  26. J!nx on September 14, 2021 at 12:38 am

Some species of beans contain phytohemagglutinin and can be toxic to humans.

  27. Daniel Conde on September 14, 2021 at 12:42 am

not you including devil company chiquita ads in the banana segment, lol. easy dislike

  28. jessica williams on September 14, 2021 at 12:43 am

Thank you for this. I know people who won’t eat fruit or any carbs because they have a fear of getting fat. Can you do a video on keto. That is out of control

  29. Johannes on September 14, 2021 at 12:45 am

    Some corrections:
"Breakfast as the most important meal of the day" is born out of a marketing campaign from cereal companies (ironic..)
There is nothing in dairy that your body needs and cant get from other sources. To the contrary, dairy is rather on the unhealthy side, especiall milk. Similar case with meat, just supplement B12 and go vegan!
There is pretty much no scientific evidence that probiotic supplements have beneficial effects on healthy people. You didnt say anything contradicting this, I just want to stress it.

  30. Loki D. Wolf on September 14, 2021 at 12:49 am

Don’t turn your nose up at me for eating a steak.

Could’ve really just kept that comment out of it. Making it personal unnecessarily (which is generalizing) is just a buzzkill for the video.

  31. Sustainable Sierra on September 14, 2021 at 12:50 am

Actually B12 comes from bacteria, not animals. Animals used as “food” are typically injected with it.

  32. Gregory Carniel on September 14, 2021 at 12:51 am

I appreciate the use of metric system

  33. ptronic on September 14, 2021 at 12:53 am

    Castor beans are toxic…

  34. Jessica James on September 14, 2021 at 12:54 am

I hate people who try and say fruit is just candy that’s so harmful

  35. Max Prytyka on September 14, 2021 at 12:55 am

    12:39
No, we’re turning our noses because you’re educated enough to know how to have a healthy balanced vegan diet WITHOUT UNNECESSARY KILLING OF INNOCENT ANIMALS.
    Smh

  36. Thrifty Freebies on September 14, 2021 at 12:57 am

“You don’t need milk” wasn’t even a myth in this video? 🧐

  37. Mi We on September 14, 2021 at 12:59 am

Who the hell thinks fruit is as unhealthy as candy?

  38. Mee Here on September 14, 2021 at 12:59 am

Milk is a type of meat. Like blood. Animal cells. Right?

  39. Sandeep Karkhanis on September 14, 2021 at 12:59 am

Being the most smart species humans can’t even eat right without an expert advice.

  40. Selome Kebour on September 14, 2021 at 1:00 am

It’s not honey “might” have a better nutrient profile. They DO. Fruits are healthy but they raise your blood sugar. Sugar is sugar is sugar right? Snacking in the morning to keep you going… hmm, you can use fat stores.

  41. Anika Kowalik on September 14, 2021 at 1:00 am

I’ve had issues with Lactose since I was a child but I found out years ago that hard cheese was easier on my GI track and I was thrilled 🙂 I also eat whole milk yogurt everyday and it doesn’t bother me like other dairy products. Just figure out what you can and cannot handle, consult your physician to insure you’re not cutting out major nutrients from your diet🦄💕

  42. R. Popescu on September 14, 2021 at 1:00 am

Good video. I approve their answers. Facts not bullshit.

  43. Not So Silent Mindy The Vegan on September 14, 2021 at 1:01 am

You need protein not meat! I havent consume a corpse for 18 years now! Trust me we don’t need meat! Go eat plants they have go all the nutrition we need! Also B12 everyone should be taking a supplement for it because it’s a bacteria but recently it has also been found in a plant!

  44. VChord on September 14, 2021 at 1:03 am

So she said, thta honey and sugar are no different, but she said that fruits and candies are different? Does she not see the correlation?

  45. Ιωάννης Γιαννούλας Κοκκώνης on September 14, 2021 at 1:05 am

    Here’s a real superfood: Liver
I have mild iron deficiency and this shit is as effective as an iron pill.

Also, to the vegans out there, don;t go telling people meat is not a natural food source for them, you may actively harm them

  46. Ozymandias PBS on September 14, 2021 at 1:06 am

About the cheese for lactose intolerance… I have severe lactose intolerance & I have found that any cheeses made from sheep’s milk (parmesan, asiago, romano, etc.) or goat’s milk (feta) are good to eat. Plus, they are also higher in L-tyrosine which is good for the thyroid. There are some cheeses that are lactose-free such as gouda (not processed with another cheese) & cheddar cheese.

  47. Darlene Cane on September 14, 2021 at 1:07 am

I wonder if the “fruit is as bad as candy” myth may come from the fact that CANNED fruit is almost as bad as candy because of the added sugar and the fact that the canning process kills most of the nutrients

  48. Jason Kinnear on September 14, 2021 at 1:07 am

Number 1 is wrong. Kidney beans and most other beans are toxic if you eat them RAW as they contain lectins. You have to cook them first to make them safe. People might watch this and think they can add raw kidney beans to their salads or something!! Also the alcohol one is not right. It has been found T total people on average have a shorter life span than people that drink in MODERATION, because the alcohol helps reduce stress.

  49. Not So Silent Mindy The Vegan on September 14, 2021 at 1:08 am

    Honey is bee vomit!
