There is so much nutritional information that is put out there that is so often very confusing! I will be exploring all the diet trends from my perspective as a community service dietitian! This week I spoke all things low carb diets, I hope you enjoy this video!

    Great video girl, good that you’re highlighting the pros and cons 👏🏽 I’ve seen the benefits of a LowbCarb diet but agree it’s not feasible long term for many people. Thanks for the video
