The fact that Caroline doesn’t talk during her workouts is one of the reasons I love it so much!

  2. Tiffany Ordonez on February 11, 2022 at 10:17 pm

Carolines message is You vs. You! She trains at her intensity and we meet her where we can. She provides top tier quality content, top tier community/support, and is a YASSSSS QUEEEENNN in my book.

  3. starlight on February 11, 2022 at 10:17 pm

Caroline is a top tier for me. I’m just going into my 7th month training with her and I’ve made a lot of gains- physical and psychological.

  4. Jean ShelbyBooks on February 11, 2022 at 10:18 pm

I just made a video with a friend for her channel, coping with yarn, and when I watched it I couldn’t help but think the whole time how stinkin big my shoulders are. 🙄🙄 I LOVED seeing Sydney and the walking lady…both who look more like me than any other influencer!!! 🥰🥰

  5. pink salamander on February 11, 2022 at 10:18 pm

Built Bars are delicious, I’ve never had a bad one. There are inconsistencies with every product. Things happen. Wouldn’t call that "shady" if they’re willing to make it right.

  6. Lenusniq _ on February 11, 2022 at 10:19 pm

I don’t really know whether this belongs here but I’ll try – what is your take on calisthenics? If the "why" is to build muscles/strength/power?

  7. Norie M on February 11, 2022 at 10:20 pm

Thank you Justina for giving Sydney a stamp of approval once again. I started training with her after watching your review video of hers. I was doing Lilly’s workouts before and something didn’t feel right so I decided to look for reviews and I stumbled upon your channel. Thank you. 🤗🤗 Love from Kenya 🇰🇪

  8. Kimi on February 11, 2022 at 10:25 pm

I love Caroline Girvan because she’s hard. There is a big gap in the online fitness market for intermediate/advanced at home workouts and she is bridging it! There are hundreds, if not thousands or programs marketing for beginners working out at home, and a lot of intense gym workouts but for people like me, who have been athletic their whole lives, yet are in a place where the gym doesn’t fit in, Caroline is a godsend!!!! I feel like for a second she tried to target a more beginner market and I was about to cry when she did, but I was wrong she went back to her core brand!

  9. Blogierka on February 11, 2022 at 10:25 pm

    I love Sydney!

  10. Caitlin Heusz on February 11, 2022 at 10:28 pm

Intuitive Eating has changed my life. But I also think you need to have at least a basic understanding of nutrition in order to be successful.

  11. Davin Quarshie on February 11, 2022 at 10:28 pm

You learn to drive a car before you have a license. Thats how you get a license lol. Great video otherwise lol.

  12. Dilyan Stanchev on February 11, 2022 at 10:30 pm

Bet you didn’t know these facts –

  13. KatzeDerNacht22 on February 11, 2022 at 10:31 pm

Interesting! I know some of these, some I don’t. will check it out throughly. I LOVED Leslie Sanson, back in the pandemic days, but now I am enjoying outdoors, still, perfect for a rainy day. My intuitive eating turned into IF on its own. Kettlebells yaaas. I don’t know if you have talked about Grow with jo? I think she’s fantaaaastic

  14. Carrie Light on February 11, 2022 at 10:32 pm

    You are so awesome Justina!!!

  15. Lane R. on February 11, 2022 at 10:33 pm

The only time I ever did a stomach vacuum was when I was trying to get my waist size down for my military fitness tests. It’s not an exercise, it’s just using reverse pressure in the diaphragm to suck your organs and fat up into your chest cavity and make your waist look thin. And the rest of the bad ones were just as idiotic. Desperate people will do anything. Just live healthy and your body will usually follow suit. If it doesn’t, get your doctor involved to find out why. Genetics can be a major bitch for some people. Good luck with your health and wellness in the new year everyone!

  16. The Minimalist Ninja on February 11, 2022 at 10:35 pm

Loved this video! There were quite a few trends that passed me by it seems! I am so glad that we made it to 2022 – looking forward to seeing how this year will develop!!

  17. LJS J on February 11, 2022 at 10:38 pm

I stumbled upon this video and subscribed to your channel once I watched. Thank you so much for speaking the truth about the body positivity movement. I listen to this one podcast that goes over diet fads and what is wrong with them, which is informative. However, they hosts often -times diet shame in general with a defeatist attitude. "You can lose weight with any diet but you will gain it back. Just because they gave up with it doesn’t mean others can’t strive for being healthy. They don’t even boost the healthy aspect. Like in the latest episode she said she doesn’t want anyone talking to her about what diest they are doing because she feels like they are shaming her. But maybe they are telling her this because she has a podcasts about diets???? Sigh. But yeah, I have had to turn off their podcast a few times when they diet shame. It’s all about lifestyle change and being healthy. If you love how your body is and healthy, that’s great. No matter how much you weigh.

  18. Alina Wagner on February 11, 2022 at 10:39 pm

    LOVE Sydney Cummings!!! ♥

  19. KRISHIKA THE MAKEUP ARTIST on February 11, 2022 at 10:40 pm

I’m really happy that someone pointed out that blogilates is giving info that is completely wrong

  20. Pippa87 on February 11, 2022 at 10:40 pm

I think I got recommended your channel by Teamforneverlean and I’m so glad to have found you. And I discovered Syndey through you and him, and I’ve challenged myself to do all her videos…by some time. I’m only at her 10 min videos at the moment, but oh. My. God. The difference between how I feel after her and Blogilates workouts…I’m here for it. Also: love love walking workouts. Reps to the Rhythm and Up to the Beat are awesome.

  21. Bettina Viola Barth on February 11, 2022 at 10:40 pm

I think you shouldn’t do intuitive eating without somebody who is into this topic. I have suffered from anorexia and orthorexia for over 10 years. My ED therapist came with this topic and it helped me a lot. But I know that this is only my way and other people maybe have other ways to handle their ED

  22. Maryrose DiPiro on February 11, 2022 at 10:41 pm

I totally agree w/ your judgement toward the marketing aspect of 12-3-30 – however, I do want to say that as someone starting off very overweight, inexperienced and unable to run/ go very fast, I really enjoyed 12-3-30. I feel like it’s a real sweet spot for a lot of people because it’s a good 30 min workout that works up a good sweat, but isn’t particularly advanced. For me as a beginner, it made it super simple for me to have a “prescribed” speed, incline, etc that felt challenging but still doable. I totally agree with your take that the marketing is bogus (it totally is bogus), but I think it got so popular because so many people find it manageable

    love your sweater!!

  25. Laurie Ann on February 11, 2022 at 10:44 pm

Love your honest videos and Shredded Sports Science. I was a fitness instructor for 28 years and amamazed at how much more crap is out there now that NEVER WORKS!!!

  26. Jenny Pace on February 11, 2022 at 10:45 pm

hahaha stumbled across here as i am looking to find info about classpass but this video was fun enough ! LOVE YOUR HONESTY

  27. Crista Kampert on February 11, 2022 at 10:45 pm

Loved how you said "I don’t care what your body looks like, but I care about your health’!!!

Caroline is great for people like me tho. I like to workout a little more and intense than usual. With gyms closed, I had a hard time keeping myself a bit challenged by workouts, until I found Caroline

  28. CaityT on February 11, 2022 at 10:46 pm

I loooove Caroline Girvan. I was doing Sydney Cummings but got bored of it and found myself barely putting in an effort and switched back to Caroline and I’m in love with working out again. She’s definitely geared more at experienced people (challenges you a lot but also because of not coaching through the workout). She’s still 100% my favorite on YouTube.

  29. Shervin Shares on February 11, 2022 at 10:46 pm

Awesome video! Can’t wait for the 2022 version

  30. Bronwen Kotze on February 11, 2022 at 10:52 pm

Calisthenics? I have seen it’s quite a fitness trend now. Would like to know what’s your take on it.

  31. caitiedidit on February 11, 2022 at 10:54 pm

You know, when I first watched this video I remember thinking you were pretty harsh on bl*gilates who I’ve always liked even if I roll my eyes at some of the weightless exercises — but I also get from what is popular on YT there’s a lot of women who don’t want to lift weights for whatever reasons (many of which I wish people would spend more time unpacking but!! whatever.) And then I saw she’s doing a 90 days to muscle journey which I was interested as I’m constantly struggling to gain muscle myself and so I clicked on her post to see how she was fitting in protein and what her weight training was gonna be like… and I was agog to see her show she’ll be eating 1500~ calories of food while doing six strength sessions and 30 minute runs 6 times a week which even for her height and weight puts her at a huge deficit I didn’t even think most people could gain muscle on. Idk it made made sad and I thought I’d drop in here and say you were right lol.

  32. Alexandra Baumbusch on February 11, 2022 at 10:54 pm

LOVING the Sydney love!!!!! Love that her channel is getting to more people!!!

  33. Daniiea on February 11, 2022 at 10:55 pm

Been tryin Bulgarian Split Squats for 12+ years, but my psoas say No. So, I’ve accepted now that they’re a No.

  34. Chris Akridge on February 11, 2022 at 10:55 pm

Yas, my girl Sydney Cummings is crushing it, been working out with her for two years and she changed my body, and my mindset on what it means to be fit!

  35. Isabela Teixeira on February 11, 2022 at 10:55 pm

Stomach vacuums can be effective for certain people (specially women who had children or who are struggling with urinary incontinence) and I think it can be detrimental to present them the way tiktokers do (usually to the wrong audience). LPF/Hypopressive exercises have very specific cues to good performance and it isn’t just “sucking your stomach”. The same goes to stomach vacuums in yoga (known as “kapabhati pranayama”).

  36. Hannah Karas on February 11, 2022 at 10:58 pm

Love your videos! What’s your opinion on doing yoga for cardio?!

  37. Amanda Richards on February 11, 2022 at 10:59 pm

Do you have any recommendations for workout routines for someone with very little muscle tone? I’ve had sciatica related chronic pain for years, and my strength has weakened a lot. I can’t do a push up, my legs won’t support a squat, and my neck can’t even support my head when I’m doing crunches.

  38. Janice Rodrigues on February 11, 2022 at 10:59 pm

Please make an athlete related video

  39. Jacki Erickson on February 11, 2022 at 10:59 pm

Just found your channel but I was wondering if you have ever done a growwithjo workout?

  40. Karishma Singh on February 11, 2022 at 10:59 pm

I actually agree with you. When I started Caroline’s workouts I thought they were too tough for me and just too unrealistic to follow. But I somehow continued because I just found her so endearing and I could not stop. I, of course, used lighter weights throughout as Caroline is "BeastMode" level 😜. But this woman ended up turning my life around, the gains that I have seen continuing Caroline’s workouts, I honestly owe everything to her. Her workouts are tough but if you somehow power through you will see HUGE gains! I have honestly never been stronger. She is an absolute queen. Please try her EPIC series, I really hope you like that one 😍

  41. Sandrilyona Doe on February 11, 2022 at 11:01 pm

Discovered walking workouts a couple of months back, because I was tapped out with regular hiit and intensive stuff, I think it was Jillian Michaels 90 day program that broke me XD Sticking with Grow with Jo workouts for now, first time in years feeling happy working out)

  42. A.J. Lando on February 11, 2022 at 11:02 pm

I love Sydney Cummings soooo much. I’m like her literal spokesperson. So when I saw her picture in the intro, I was like "if she roasts Sydney, I’m turning the video off."…So thank you for making the right choice lol

  43. Bettina Viola Barth on February 11, 2022 at 11:02 pm

The modern term of body positivity is more of a general body acceptance thing. The original and time is a political term about fat acceptance and against body shaming of Plussize people. The original meaning it’s not about health But only about treating people with respect

  44. Emely Betancourt on February 11, 2022 at 11:02 pm

Please do a review of apple fitness!

  45. Gina Anderson on February 11, 2022 at 11:03 pm

Love this and Sydney. Do you have any opinion on Lindsey Bomgren’s programs (Nourish Move Love)? TIA!

  46. Ingrid Wright on February 11, 2022 at 11:04 pm

Love this video – how many times can I hit the like button!? Seriously, do more comparison videos and you’ve got me. I am an RD and well, just appreciate the compactness of putting this together – thanks for not "throwing in" nutritional advice while you were at it. p.s. what walking video does the early 2000 music that you LOVE? thanks

  47. DRX on February 11, 2022 at 11:07 pm

I used to like blogilaties Cassie too but then she went the Tracey Anderson route. I love Caroline. Her workouts are for people who are intermediate/advance. She was really useful in keeping me motivated during gym shutdown during Covid lockdown

  48. Jabelle Paragas on February 11, 2022 at 11:07 pm

I love Sydney Cummings! And recently been loving Bodyfit by Amy as well! You should try her out too 🙂

  49. Amanda Czerwieniec on February 11, 2022 at 11:07 pm

Sydney is my girl! I am obsessed and have been for a few years now. She’s certainly helped me stay fit through the whole mess of 2020 and is still very much my go to!

  50. Andrea Mendoza on February 11, 2022 at 11:12 pm

I use lighter weights with Caroline, and sometimes I have to take a small rest, a few seconds to continue with the exercise, but I love her videos. 💕
