ANTI-INFLAMMATORY FOODS | what I eat every week

These are the anti-inflammatory foods I eat every week to reduce inflammation in my body. An anti-inflammatory diet can help with reducing joint pain and arthritis, healing the gut (key if you have celiac, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s or IBS), getting rid of eczema and psoriasis, and keeping other autoimmune conditions such as diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis and multiple sclerosis in check. It’s also beneficial if you suffer from anxiety or depression.

I became well versed in wholesome, anti-inflammatory foods several years ago when I embraced a whole foods diet. After being diagnosed with four autoimmune diseases in two years I realized my body was fighting massive immune system inflammation and I needed to provide reinforcements. Those reinforcements came in the form of groceries.

Watch the video for the list of anti-inflammatory foods – it’s what I eat every week. And enjoy the full blog post below all the healthy recipes on my website!

  27. Olivia Amoah on April 28, 2022 at 7:06 pm

I’ve read that a lot of the fruits and vegetables we eat nowadays actually lack the vitamins they once had because our topsoil on American farmlands is so damaged and nutrient deficient. In 1950, an orange would be jam packed with vit c and now you’d have to eat 8 oranges to get the same benefit.

i know why white people refer to it as rabbit food because they don’t know what to do with leafy greens or most ingrediants for that matter, western "cooking" seriously lacks cooking techniques, go to anywhere in asia and you will find so many delicious veggie dishes that you will not miss meat

  45. James Bond on April 28, 2022 at 7:26 pm

Another video mentioning how a food could somehow affect your body pH. Forget dietitians, biochemists, and physiologists- this person has a YouTube channel! In many people, legumes are highly inflammatory and acidic. In others, dairy shows no effect on omega 6 fatty acid release. If you don’t know the science, you run the risk of negative outcomes. How do these "stop eating junk food=mysterious healing" diets get so much admiration and followers over true researchers and biochemists who get their work oversimplified and warped?

  46. caroleelkaim1 on April 28, 2022 at 7:26 pm
