    Anyone really looking for a way to lose weight ill give it to you really simple.
    Stop eating junk sugary foods and its really fucking hard to stop if you have it in your house now im not saying toss it all out but give some away or finish it over time but dont restock it so it runs out. Cut the sodas and sugary drinks NOO candy, Fast food, juices. If you want to see fast results (4-6MONTHS) ONLY DRINK water. Buy carrots apples watermelon wtv fruit vegetable you like get it. Buy white rice its a great filler. Work out and if you cant just walk around your house more than usaul do 5 push ups/ quick planks/ squats anything to be active it doesnt have to be much it will add up over time!! Im giving you the sauce i used to be a big guy and yes it can be hard at first but you will eventually get used to by the 1st week. I had been eating so clean that i couldnt look at junk food without feeling sick and by the time i noticed i was skinny asf that I had to buy new clothes all my pants were sliding off 😂. Remind yourself how bad you really want to change everyday and stay strong

    funny how he never mentioned keloids that come with the process of ketosis. if you are trying to do anything in the gym, exercise, weight lifting, etc. industry, do not use this method unless you have no problem with losing 5 lbs. of muscle every 10 pounds of weight loss after the first week.
