This particular kind of pre workout supplement should not be dry scooped. It is a dry powder that is formulated to be mixed with water. Powder dry like this is not designed to absorb through buccal mucosa. If it was designed to be, then it would in fact, let the pre hit harder since it wouldn’t go to the liver first to be broken down, that is, bypass first-pass metabolism. If that happened, the amounts of some key ingredients would likely be lower. Instead, by doing this, you’re creating a choking hazard for yourself because of a troll and haha funny laughs at the expense of your own health. You likely can damage your lungs if you cough and breathe in enough powder because you tried this.

These cases are patients who I, or my colleagues have seen. They are de-identified and many instances have been presented in more depth in an academic setting. These videos are not individual medical advice and are for general educational purposes only. I do not give medical advice over the internet, see your physician in person for that.

You didn’t note that some people are pre disposed to have these reactions while others can have more there was a guy who did a caffeine challenge can’t remember the amount but it was like 4000mg of caffeine the guy did a video 3 days later to prove he didn’t die not to mention there’s been videos of guys having like 10 or 15 red bulls this kid just had an adverse reaction but I don’t recommend taking more then the label states

Bruh I got the BEST preworkout for you to get ULTRA GAINZ:

STEP THE FIRST: Hydrate correctly for the 24 hours – entire life before your work out

SECOND: Like some seasonal fruit and a balanced meal two hours before

TOP SECRET STEP: A single cup of coffee, if you’re into that, like 30 minutes before. Maybe a piece of toast, if you haven’t eaten in a while cus life is hard man.

I’ve been on this No-Overpaying-For-Bullshit-Supplements-And-Just-Eat-Whole-Ingredient-Foods challenge and I’m super swol!

I’ve also never missed training days/weeks/months cus I got hospitalized like some punk!

I don’t understand people’s stupidity. COMMON SENSE folks. He trained and had zero common sense.

  47. Tommy Struz on October 27, 2021 at 2:00 pm

But why?….why people keep doing stupid shit…

  48. Video Bandit on October 27, 2021 at 2:00 pm

just further proof that social media is toxic and the need to be "viral" is deadly – too many people are working too damn hard to be stupid. the only good thing that comes from stupid people doing stupid things like this for attention is that it helps cut back on the stupid people on the planet. The fix for stupidity.

  49. PSMS Edwin Fran on October 27, 2021 at 2:01 pm

Seeing as he was already a TikTok user, I don’t think much more brain damage could have taken place.
