Day 1✅ legs hurt can’t hold tummy tight while keeping rythm needed alot of breaks x2 daily 5 mins
Day 2 ✅ legs hurt and was able to tighten abs longer still need breaks felt in upper abdomen more 2 x daily 5 mins
Day 3 ✅ oh my good lord my legs kill need breaks still and feel it in the upper abs better at holding tummy tight while doing it. 2 x daily 5 mins

Why does my legs hurt more than my tummy?
I’m surprised the lady in the yellow has not put any work out vids on her channel it’s all short clips!
Been doing this so far, only on day 3 (3 workouts total) and already down a lot! I’m excited so I’ll try to update because I’m shocked at the results so far & wanted to share in realtime! Prior to this I’ve been walking 30 minutes to an hour a day and eating healthier & only down 20lbs over 4 months. But this workout has been helping me drop weight quicker so far!! So I’m interested to see the progress of this workout for the rest of the week! I feel it in my legs more than my abs even though my core is engaged 🤣. And yes, I weigh a lot. But I’ll try to step out of my comfort zone & help those that are curious or on the fence! Maybe it’ll help me stay motivated too or inspire someone else my size! And anyone who sees this can help keep me accountable too in case I forget to update ♡. I keep using this video so it makes sense to comment here, & I logged my progress so far since Day1. Also took waist measurements, but will post body measurements on the last day so I dont get discouraged.
**I weigh myself every morning when I first wake up on an empty stomach to get most accurate results. And have only been doing this workout for now and have relaxed on my walking workouts for now.

✔7/7/21 – Day 1 •• 336.4lbs did 5 minutes 2x (once in AM & PM)
✔7/8/21 – Day 2 •• 335.6lbs •• did 5 minutes once with 5lb hand weights + calorie deficit + 3 liters water
✔7/9/21 -Day 3 •• 333.2lbs •• 5 mins once + 5,500 steps + 3 liters water + pescatarian
✔ 7/10/21 -Day 4 •• 331.4lbs 5 mins once in PM, at slow pace. Didnt feel well but wanted to keep my commitment but stayed in calorie deficit, pescatarian & 2 liters water
✔7/11/21 -Day 5 •• 328.4lbs 5mins + calorie deficit
✔ 7/12/21 -Day 6 •• 328.8 (period is due in 2 days so may be water retention? Or salt from french fries I ate yesterday)
✔7/13/21 -Day 7 •• 329.0lbs (started my period! I knew it 😭 so may have bloating and water retention due to hormones). But still going to do the workout today then post final weigh in & measurements tomorrow after a full night of rest.
7/14/21 Final Results:
Weight: 327.6lbs •• -8.8lbs
Waist: 49 •• -1.75 inch
Hips: 55.5 •• -1 inch
Not bad, but I expected to lose so much more inches 🙁. I guess it was mostly water weight that I lost, or Im too bloated now due to period 😭….but I guess that’s stilk good for just 1 week too and I’m being a tad unrealistic in my expectations 😥 lol. But I’ll stick with it as a quickie exercise if I dont feel like working out or dont have the time. You really feel like you went for a quick sprint after you do it, so it may be helping the cardiovascular system. I might also do another week after my period leaves so I can get more accurate results. So if anybody else is curious about my progress after the 7 day results, or just want to hold me accountable 😅, tag me at the end of the month and I’ll update my progress in the comments! It basically a standing crunch. Pull your tummy to your spine and roll you hips forward using your abs not your legs
If your back hurts, you’re probably twerking. I recommend doing this in front of the mirror sideways. Pay attention to your posture. The thrusting movement is more like "forward then relax" and not "forward then backward". After you clench your stomach, try to come back to your upright posture. Use your abdominal muscles to move your waist, not your spine.

Within 3 minutes u start sweating but its really difficult.

You’re supposed to do this for 5 minutes daily. If you’re hurting, you’re doing it for 2 long. And this isn’t the beginner class.
