    What a baby. You’re too afraid to say the vegan diet is bad. You acknowledge that the SAD diet is bad but you say that you should eat what makes you smile lol. What do you think the majority of Americans are eating? Your correct on the booty thing but I’m disappointed. You sell a bunch of supplements which makes sense why you would say the carnivore diet is not optimal. Just because most ppl won’t do something consistently isn’t a valid reason to say that it isn’t good.

    2 points.. 1.) Take SP2 Spirulina. Better than meat protein, and you get 3x as much, plus all the additional benefits. 2.) Some people can’t eat meat (like me) because we get gout flare-ups. So, I went ovo-lacto vegetarian. But, to supplement the B-vitamins, protein, and other deficiencies….. SP2 Spirulina. 👍

    Vegetables are more nutrtient dense and yes Vegans can still get B12, Vitamin A, and etc. without supplements. Lack of nutrients for a Vegan diet, is actually half true. Everyone’s body reacts differently to different diets.

    Some people can’t absorb the nutrients from a Vegan diet. (They absorb 5%) While others thrive on it. Same goes for a carnivore diet or any diet really.

    Supplemental fear. Lol. Whether you eat carnivore or vegan diet, you still don’t get all the vitamins and nutrients you need. Now if you don’t educate yourself on how to eat as a vegan then it can be difficult to get your calorie requirements.

    I’ve got one. ANYTHING that says "for women" on it that is fitness related (besides maybe a multivitamin). Workout programs for women, diets for women, supplements for women, WTF? So men can do heavy squats, presses and leads but women should only use machines and do bodyweight lunges? So dumb, and it goes hand in hand with the "Instagram booty workouts"

    Hip thrusts are legit! The best workout for the glutes. Squats are trash for glutes. I went from 41inches to 43 inches in my hips and butt in about 4 months or so. I DESPISE mlm. DESPISE. so sick. Itworks always being promoted by overweight females and thrive just dosing you with beyond too much caffeine

No one workout is perfect for everyone… see a theme here ? Individuality!!!! I have a DR client who eats a balanced diet and CANT absorb B12. He didn’t know that till I convinced him he needed HRT. He now Suppliments with injections. I Believe absolutely the carnivore diet is useful .. for how long? Hard to say. But Jordan Peterson looks 10 x better now that he’s eating meat only (or mainly) And his daughter CANT eat anything else without MAJOR health negatives. I have been Vegan. And I felt amazing. .. for a while, till I got run down… this was when I was a 167lb cyclist. Now I bodybuild… and at 230… not happening. Life is like a sailing a boat…You have to make regular adjustments or you will never even come close to hitting your destination!!! Great porn vid btw…
