    Your form is terrible, I’ve done kickboxing for most of my life the level of your posture and techniques are far to rigged your over twisting on your punches you’re over leaning on your lunges, your positioning on your side kicks is off which will mean you’re off balanced when doing so leading to them being slow and can cause tearing of the groin honestly could keep going

    This is a regular in my at home routine. I am doing it a little less now that the gym is open again but I still love it. It’s a great workout. I must say that it seems like there’s some tension between Eliza and Anna at moments which is awkward, but PS is my jam.

    I’m just going to say this, I did not enjoy this. This made my back and shoulders hurt, my knee’s ached, and my feet are sore. The important part is, I’m doing this for an online health course. Just to let you know, this didn’t help me in the slightest. When I think of Kickboxing, I think of Self Defense, not increasing your cardio and losing weight. so yeah, this got a dislike from me.
