    Thank you ladies for this awesome work out and dancing. I’m trying to live healthy, with good diet and exercise. I found this is not only great exercise but I’m also learning how to dance. I’m 56 y/o never know how to dance😫. With you three I’m like killing two birds with one stone. I’ve saved this video in my watch later list and sharing it with my other social media friends.     Great instructor on this video! Was able to do the moves reasonably well even though I am 63! Got a good sweat on and I don’t feel like I overdid anything. Love the shoes and I want some! So cute!

    Kinda weird that they keep doing close-ups of the side girls but never any of the actual instructor. I’d like to see her moves in detail, please. And she’s so cute! 💕 Nice routine for a quick, easy blast of cardio.

    Still in the pandemic two years after the video was originally posted…I am so grateful I found this today! I tried a different one of your workouts that was a little too advanced, and I was already feeling pretty bad about my body so I almost gave up. Thank you for the kind words and fun dances- it made me happy to move again and less focused on my appearance since I was busy smiling 🙂

    This was so fun!! I’m older but love to dance and love the challenge of learning the new steps. I stunk at it mostly "getting it" at the end of the step, sequence BUT I HAD A BALL and kept moving. From one teacher (not dance) to another, this instructor KNOWS how to teach and INSPIRE!! Thanks. I"ll keep doing this one, master it a little more and keep having fun. I lOVE seeing different body shapes also. We come in all sizes and shapes. Woman power!! I was born petite, got those genes. Nothing to do with me! But your girls move so MUCH better than I can! I thank each of you for my work out today!!

    Whoever added the commercials to this video is fired. I get that it’s free, but you can strategically placed ads in places that make sense (like a water break or switch of moves) vs right in the middle of a new move. The workout was great, the endless ads were frustrating.

    I have struggled moving recently. My joints hurt, I’m still fairly young, in my late 20s and I have difficulties with my digestion and chronic conditions. This helped me move today, thank you so much. I’ve been trying so hard to get back into moving, I used to be very active and in the last few years, I have not had any willpower or motivation and stopped my body from moving completely. To my surprise, I am sweating a lot and I didn’t even realise until I finished the workout. Thank you again and everyone else’s comments helped & encouraged me today.

    I am obese, haven’t worked our in years. Recently fell and ripped ligaments and did something with my knee. Today I decided to work out but needed something that wouldn’t hurt me further. This was perfect! And the encouragement you provide throughout the workout kept me going until the end. Thank you!!! I plan to do this again tomorrow.🥰

    I’ve felt really alienated by a lot of workouts and disappointed in myself because I’m not at the point where I can do really intense moves. This was so fun and wholesome and I didn’t feel like drudgery, so thank you! I want to find more fun workouts that are more about moving instead of pushing yourself to point of exhaustion.

    For a beginner, this was hard to keep up and follow specific moves so I just kept moving – but the "music" got on my nerves. Not very groovy to me – just a repetitive repetitive repetitive electronic tapping noise with a repetitive repetitive repetitive 6 or 7 notes of melody. This old gal is going elsewhere. Nice energy though 🙂

    All the commercials make it hard to continue workout, it’s hard to follow multiple steps.
