    How do I feel at home? The first ad during the water break was fine, but the second ad in the middle of the combination was not. The third ad right before the final round made me stop enjoying this. Please find better places for the ads.

    This work out was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much, Selena! I have done quite a few workouts on Popsugar so far and none of them had me sweating like this. I didn’t even realize how much I was sweating though because I was having such a good time. What I especially enjoyed is that we had to learn choreography. It was fun, made me feel like I was actually dancing and not just doing a dance workout, and I liked that it worked my mind and body at the same time. I will definitely be doing this again and checking more out by Selena!!

    trying to do this every day for the week. Day 1 I could barely follow, now on day 2 it’s been going a lot smoother. Excited whether or not I will understand the rhythm fully haha

    girl, I used Kleenex and I’m white (aka barely any rhythm). Sure as hell did not look good doing this but still had fun XD. Thanks for sharing traditional Caribbean and African dancing 🙂 its beautiful
