This is so educational. I have been trying to research for a YouTube vid that educates the ideas in this YouTube vid! 👩‍⚕️Your vid really is like the videos from Dr. Ethan. Doctor’s tips are for sure educational and I learned a lot for my exams.

I recommend you check his page out and give the health enthusiast a like over here! 👉 #DoctorEthanWellness

This was the first year in at least a decade that I bought canned vegetables so I only had to go to the grocery store once a month. With a freezer full of meat and fish, it was a challenge to make room for frozen spinach, brussels sprouts and peas. Bought more canned salmon, mackerel and sardines than I usually do. Bought canned chicken for first time in my life. No surprise, my BP is up. Starting meds. Was successful at abstaining from all grains and seed oils to control inflammation. It has been 2 years since I had pizza and my face turned purple with inflammation and hot pussy rosacea acne sores —– never again. TIP– Many grain-free HISPANIC FOOD products are available from Siete, com . I LOVE their crisp cassava taco shells and chips. Also a wide range of tortillas made with cassava flour, almond flour, chia, flax and more. Grain free cookies good too. No natural flavors and all CLEAN INGREDIENTS. Can’t wait to get vaccinated so I can hit the stores twice a week so I can eat an 8 ounce box of fresh greens every day. Also looking forward to hitting the gym 3 times a week for motivated cardio on machines that measure progress. FEELING OPTOMISTIC about changes soon to come…
