    I started doing this workout 9 February 2022. I broke up with my boyfriend of 2 years in November 2021. The past few months have been hard but on 9 February 2022 he let me know that he was seeing someone else. I was devasted. I cried but also set out a plan to get myself out of the depression I was in for the past few months. I remember crying while doing this workout the first 3 days, not because I struggled doing the workout by because of what the instructor was saying during the workout, she spoke to my soul. I have been doing this everyday since then. Today I saw pictures of my ex and new his lady celebrating her birthday, doing things we used to do and believe me I balled my eyes out while doing todays workout. It will get better though, I know. I will get over him eventually.

    Recovering from COVID I noticed I just couldn’t do my usual workout routine without getting short of breath. That’s why I really like the pace of this workout. It gets you sweating in the end, but not too strenuous. I’ll keep following this until I fully recover. Thanks for this 😀

    The pace is doable, even for someone like me who doesn’t dance in front of people, and wants to loose weight. I actually ordered some dance DVDs from someone, but then I tried to learn and it’s still too fast. So I just found your channel by typing in: slow dance workout choreography, lol.
