The infant formula market is a $70 Billion dollar giant. And it’s only going to get bigger. By 2025 the market for infant formula is expected to reach $90 billion dollars and continue growing.
The industrialization of the agriculture industry has created a whirlwind of problems for people by adding hormones and pesticides to products which in turn is creating allergies in traditional dairy products. Especially allergies in infants that need baby formula.
Nearly all of the traditional baby formulas on the market are dairy or soy-based. And for parents with infants with allergies, they are struggling to find a formula substitute.
Enter Hamutal Yitzhak. Haumtal is the founder of Else Nutrition which is the first plant-based alternative for infant formula.
Over 40% of mothers are using specialty formulas for babies that help relieve allergies. Around 50% of allergic babies are allergic to cows milk and half of those babies are allergic to soy.
This leaves a massive hole in the infant formula industry. A hole that Else Nutrition wants to fill with their plant-based baby formula.
Else formula is a breast milk analog created using almonds, tapioca, and buckwheat.
The Else Plant-Based Toddler Nutrition formula is the first plant-based, clean-label alternative to traditional infant nutrition.
